We are looking for a smart, reliable, and tech-savvy candidate for a night shift remote role based in Pakistan. The candidate will assist Canadian lawyers with legal documentation, case handling, and daily client communication. Candidate must have a good command of computers, be comfortable using any software quickly, and have strong problem-solving skills. Daily Zoom meetings are mandatory, and the ability to learn new tools fast is essential. Prior LLB background and 1–2 years of experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough review and analysis of legal documents and case files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist in drafting and preparing court documents, legal correspondence, pleadings, and contracts under supervision.
Maintain strict confidentiality and data security standards in handling sensitive client and case information.
Communicate effectively with clients and legal professionals via email and videoconferencing tools such as Zoom.
Support legal team by coordinating document flow, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with procedural requirements.
Utilize AnyDesk for remote troubleshooting and assistance to ensure smooth operation of software and tools.
Manage and update case management or CRM software to organize case details, track progress, and document outcomes.
Prepare reports and summaries related to legal cases and administrative tasks as required by attorneys.
Apply knowledge of legal procedures and compliance standards to assist with case research and document review.
Participate in daily Zoom meetings to discuss case updates, priorities, and team coordination.
Demonstrate ability to work in a remote, night-shift setting with discipline and self-motivation.
