Retail Store Manager

SS Alliance International seeks an experienced and energetic Retail Store Manager to lead our premium retail store. The Retail Store Manager plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing sales performance, and upholding the companys standard of excellent customer service. The candidate must bring at least five years of retail management experience, showcasing strong leadership skills and a passion for customer engagement. This position involves overseeing staff training and development to enhance team capabilities and streamline store operations. The manager collaborates closely with corporate teams to implement sales strategies and leverage point of sale systems efficiently, ultimately contributing to the stores business growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of four retail staff, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve store goals.
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning in all aspects including customer service, sales, and inventory management.
Develop and implement sales strategies that optimize performance and drive revenue growth.
Maintain effective inventory control by monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and minimizing shrinkage.
Ensure superior customer service by setting service standards, handling customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Organize and conduct regular staff training sessions to build skills, promote product knowledge, and enhance customer interaction.
Utilize and manage Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions, reporting, and sales tracking.
Prepare and analyze sales reports and key performance indicators to inform business decisions and identify improvement areas.
Enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards within the store environment.
Plan and execute visual merchandising and store layout adjustments to create appealing displays and optimize customer experience.
Coordinate with the corporate management to align local store operations with broader company objectives.
