We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a solid understanding of the print industry, and the ability to turn concepts into visually appealing designs ready for production. You will collaborate with other designers, clients, and the production team to ensure high-quality print materials are produced efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

Create and design a variety of print materials, including business cards, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, packaging, and more.
Use industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to develop high-resolution designs for printing.
Work with the production team to prepare print-ready files, ensuring specifications are met for color, bleed, resolution, and file format.
Proof and review printed mock-ups to ensure quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with clients and team members to conceptualize and develop creative solutions that meet project goals and deadlines.
Maintain brand consistency across all designs and print projects.
Troubleshoot design or technical issues that may arise during production.
Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and techniques in graphic design and printing.
