Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee effective supply chain strategies to optimize logistics processes across the organization.
Manage inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize shortages or excesses.
Coordinate transportation management activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Oversee warehouse operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.
Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation of contracts and evaluation of performance to ensure reliable service.
Ensure adherence to all relevant compliance and regulatory requirements related to logistics and supply chain activities.
Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to monitor and improve transportation workflows and performance.
Lead and supervise a team of three logistics personnel, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics operations with broader business objectives.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to reduce costs and enhance service quality.
Prepare reports and presentations on logistics performance metrics for senior management review.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements relevant to logistics and supply chain management.
