Sr. Laravel + MERN Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Laravel + MERN Stack Developer with over five years of professional software development experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Laravel/PHP and the MERN stack, capable of designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing scalable web applications, APIs, backend services, and modern frontend interfaces. This role demands both independent work and collaboration with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, project managers, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Laravel and PHP. Develop scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs. Build modern, responsive, and high-performance web interfaces using React.js. Work extensively with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. Develop and integrate APIs between frontend, backend, mobile applications, and third-party services. Design efficient database structures using MySQL and MongoDB. Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code. Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability. Debug and resolve complex technical issues across frontend and backend systems. Conduct code reviews and maintain development standards and best practices. Work with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows. Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, authentication systems, and external services. Implement secure authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and API security. Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve bugs before production deployment. Participate in system architecture and technical decision-making. Deploy and maintain applications on production and staging environments. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues. Mentor junior and mid-level developers as needed. Understand project requirements and convert them into technically sound solutions.

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience. Strong expertise in Laravel/PHP and Laravel REST API development. Hands-on experience with the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Proven track record of developing and maintaining production-level applications. Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and MVC architecture. Strong database development skills including MySQL and MongoDB, with knowledge of database design, normalization, query optimization, and indexing. Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations. Proficiency with Git and version control workflows. Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems. Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. Practical knowledge of secure API development, including JWT/OAuth authentication, role and permission management, input validation, injection prevention, XSS and CSRF protection, secure credential management, API rate limiting, error handling, and logging. Familiarity with Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
