Currently, we are looking for experienced individuals for the post of “ Sr . HR Officer’’ with great verbal and written communication skills. Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sr . HR Officer – HR Operations with 2–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in attendance and leave management, employee documentation, payroll coordination, onboarding, HR compliance, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily HR operations and ensure timely execution of HR processes. Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases. Handle employee onboarding, orientation, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and offboarding. Prepare employment contracts, experience letters and other HR documents. Maintain employee attendance, leaves, and shift records using HRMS or attendance systems. Coordinate with the Finance department for monthly payroll by providing attendance, leave and deduction reports. Monitor employee probation periods and coordinate performance confirmation processes. Assist in developing and updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks. Serve as the point of contact for employee HR-related queries. Support employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs. Conduct exit interviews and maintain offboarding documentation. Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports. Assist the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers. Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation for selected candidates. Requirements Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR. 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
