We are hiring self-motivated & persuasive candidates for the post of Finance Officer for our Lahore Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts; maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, and company policies, and assist with audits.
- Manage payroll, including salaries, deductions, and employee benefits.
- Analyse financial data and provide actionable insights to management.
- Handle daily banking activities, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
- Liaise with banks for loans, credit facilities, and account management.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available for operations.
- Process international and local bank transactions, including LCs and remittances.
- Ensure timely resolution of banking discrepancies and maintain banking records.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
- Experience using financial software.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Sharp time management skills.
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
