Spring Forest Smc is seeking an experienced Truck Electronic Engineer to join our team and lead the development and maintenance of electronic systems for commercial trucks. The ideal candidate possesses at least five years of professional experience in electronic system design, electrical circuit analysis, and control systems engineering within the automotive industry. This role requires fluency in Chinese and English to effectively communicate across international teams and stakeholders. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with automotive standards and overseeing troubleshooting and repair processes for truck electronic components, specifically focusing on truck air conditioning systems. As a team leader managing a group of ten professionals, the candidate will guide and support team members in the design, testing, and implementation of automotive communication protocols such as CAN and LIN. The role demands hands-on expertise with electronic diagnostic tools, the ability to interpret electrical schematics accurately, and a thorough understanding of truck air conditioning principles and repairs. Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and optimization of electronic systems and components specifically for commercial trucks.
Analyze and interpret electrical circuits and schematics to diagnose issues and enhance system performance.
Ensure that all electronic designs and repairs strictly comply with relevant automotive industry standards and regulations.
Manage the integration and troubleshooting of automotive communication protocols including CAN and LIN bus systems.
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of truck air conditioning systems in line with established technical specifications.
Coordinate a team of ten engineers and technicians by providing technical direction, mentoring, and performance assessments.
Utilize diagnostic and electrical testing tools to identify and resolve electronic system faults efficiently.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to optimize product quality and integrate electronic solutions smoothly.
Create detailed documentation and reports on system designs, testing outcomes, and repair procedures.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders in both Chinese and English to facilitate project progress and address technical challenges.
