This position demands an acute eye for lighting and materials to produce photorealistic renders that reflect real-world environments authentically. You will apply spatial ergonomics knowledge, optimizing visitor movement and engagement within diverse exhibition spaces while respecting scale and proportion limits. Mastery of tools like Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, and AutoCAD, combined with a deep understanding of fabrication methods and print file preparation, ensures seamless transition from concept to build. Your problem-solving skills come to the forefront when adapting designs to comply with venue regulations without compromising creativity. Responsibilities

Develop detailed 3D models and spatial layouts for exhibitions, integrating lighting design, material finishes, and ergonomic flow to create compelling, functional environments.
Produce high-quality, photorealistic renders using advanced software to accurately simulate lighting effects, textures, and color behavior for client presentations.
Prepare precise 2D technical drawings, including scaled floor plans and elevation views, to guide fabrication and installation teams.
Ensure all artwork and print files meet rigorous technical standards, including correct color profiles, resolution, bleed margins, and vector scaling for large-format applications.
Coordinate with fabrication teams to verify material selection and construction feasibility, adapting designs to budgetary and structural limitations.
Interpret and apply client brand guidelines meticulously to uphold consistency across all design elements, including logos, color schemes, and typography.
Respond promptly and effectively to last-minute revisions, delivering quick concept updates without compromising design quality.
Analyze venue requirements such as rigging points, load-bearing limits, and spatial restrictions, creatively solving challenges while maintaining design integrity.
Manage project timelines independently, ensuring design deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule under tight deadlines.
Stay updated on emerging 3D visualization technologies, fabrication techniques, and industry best practices to continuously enhance design quality and efficiency.
