Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of microservices-based scalable software systems.
Architect and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable code to meet business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other engineers to define software specifications and project timelines.
Mentor and manage a team of five software engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance to ensure responsiveness and scalability.
Apply AI techniques and tools to enhance software functionality where applicable.
Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.
Drive continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices to improve deployment processes.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements or innovation opportunities.
Participate in architectural discussions and make informed decisions to uphold software robustness and security.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the engineering team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during software development.
Manage technical risks and resolve issues swiftly to avoid project delays.
Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation and user manuals.
