Sales Executive

Spectra Tech Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Person to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and sales for our services offered on Fiverr and Upwork.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients on Fiverr and Upwork.
Create compelling profiles and service descriptions that showcase Spectra Tech Solutions' expertise and value proposition.
Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to attract new clients.
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by ensuring clear communication and project delivery within deadlines.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in the Fiverr and Upwork marketplaces.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the B2B or freelance marketplace sector.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Proficient in using Fiverr and Upwork platforms.
Experience with CRM software a plus.
