We are looking for a Store Incharge to manage our store operations efficiently and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, supervise staff, and contribute to the store's growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage inventory, and stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting tools is a plus.
