Spacecom is seeking a dedicated Product Engineer to enhance the reliability and quality of our expanding product portfolio. This role focuses on advancing product lifecycle management by integrating QA automation, AI-assisted development, and user experience validation. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in increasing engineering velocity and boosting release confidence, supporting a dynamic and innovative engineering environment. The Product Engineer is responsible for driving continuous improvements in product testing maturity and operational efficiency. This involves designing and implementing test automation frameworks, managing continuous integration and deployment processes, and ensuring technical documentation is thorough and accurate. The role demands a keen ability to analyze data, prototype solutions quickly, and solve complex problems, which collectively contribute to the delivery of reliable and user-centric products at Spacecom.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks that improve product reliability and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to validate user experience and integrate feedback into development cycles.
- Leverage AI-assisted software development tools to optimize testing processes and accelerate release cycles.
- Manage product lifecycle activities including prototyping, quality assurance, and engineering operations support.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enhance engineering velocity and release confidence.
- Analyze data to identify issues and areas for improvement in product design and testing procedures.
- Create and update technical documentation to ensure clarity and maintainability of product features and processes.
- Work within agile methodologies to prioritize tasks, plan sprints, and deliver high-quality product increments efficiently.
- Ensure test automation frameworks are robust, scalable, and aligned with product requirements.
- Validate new features and enhancements through comprehensive user experience testing and feedback analysis.
