- Manage all aspects of production, logistics, warehouse, inventory and maintenance activities in factory.
- Responsible for optimum utilization of manpower, machineries and materials.
- Implement and review staff efficiency and factory performance in accordance with KPI target/ budget.
- Plan, organize, implement and monitor factory’s policies to ensure smooth flow of work and communication.
- To ensure strict compliance of production procedures and safety requirements.
- Establish service standards to meet customers' requirements and continuous improvements.
- Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP and OSHA requirements.
