Caller Center Agent

We are seeking dedicated BPO Agents to join our dynamic team. As a BPO Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls and generating Etisalat/DU sales, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and organizational success.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Follow company protocols and procedures to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a customer service representative or a similar role in a BPO environment is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
Fluency in Arabic.
