Product Testing and Validation:

Conduct testing of electrical components, solar inverters, and batteries.
Develop and execute test plans to validate product performance against technical specifications.
Troubleshoot issues during testing and provide solutions to improve product reliability.
Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.

Prototyping and Design:

Assist in the design and development of new products and electrical systems.
Create prototypes and test circuits for solar-related products, including inverters and battery systems.
Collaborate with the R&D team to refine designs based on testing feedback.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all tests conducted, including test methodologies, results, and any anomalies found.
Prepare technical reports summarizing test results, analysis, and recommendations for product improvements.
Document procedures for future testing and product validation.

Lab Equipment Management:

Calibrate and maintain lab equipment, including testing apparatus and electrical tools.
Ensure all lab equipment is functioning properly and meets safety standards.
Organize lab resources and materials needed for ongoing projects.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with design engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure products meet all technical and quality requirements.
Provide technical support to production teams during the transfer of products from lab to manufacturing.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify and propose improvements in testing procedures and equipment to enhance product quality.
Stay updated with the latest developments in electrical engineering and apply new techniques to lab testing processes.
