Key responsibilities:
- Able to Install solar PV systems, handle wiring, mount and connections of Inverter and Solar panels MC4 connections, perform testing, and install main switches for residential and commercial projects.
- Lead site teams to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality installations in compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to verify pre-installation requirements are met.
- Manage after-sales service, including customer inquiries, complaint resolution, fault removal, warranty claims and KE net metering files.
- Complete On-Site Solar Electrical Training will be given by our experts then after MUST be able to work independently.
Key Competencies:
- Good knowledge of PV solar industry or willingness to learn Strong technical knowledge
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet project deadlines (time and budget) Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Self-motivated with good time management skills and ability to prioritize your workload Focus on customer service
- Good initiative and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information A smart appearance and professional manner
- Passionate about the environment and solar energy
Skills and Qualifications:
- BE Electrical / DAE diploma
- Electrical experience and drawings / Hands on Experience of working with AC / DC wiring and procedures.
