Marketing Executive / Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s services and brand identity.
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and growth opportunities.
Create compelling marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Develop a content calendar with engaging posts, stories, and videos tailored to our industry.
Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize social media campaigns.

Content Creation:

Craft high-quality content for the company website, blog, newsletters, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce visual content.
Proofread and edit content to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM software to measure ROI.

Qualifications & Skills:

Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a marketing or social media role, ideally within a technical or engineering sector.
Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc).
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns.
Strong copywriting and editing skills.
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
