You will be required to:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and prospects.
  • Generate leads through various channels, such as direct references, previous portfolio, social media campaigns, and networking events supported by the company.
  • Engage the clients/potential clients to assess their needs and expectations.
  • Create bespoke proposals for each client that highlight the benefits and value of our services.
  • Present the proposal to the board and solicit approval for each client proposal.
  • Establish strong relationships with the clients with the purpose of developing long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor and respond to the changing needs of the clients and provide solutions accordingly.
  • Keep regular contact with the clients as part of relationship management and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and performance indicators.

To be eligible for this position, you should have:

  • Good presentation skills and excellent command over the English language in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
  • A self-starter attitude who can work under minimum supervision and take initiative.
  • Attention to detail and ability to assess a situation and respond appropriately.
  • Prior experience of selling and soliciting US-based clients/physicians preferably for a medical billing company.
  • Candidates having extensive experience of working for a Medical Billing company would be preferred.
  • Candidates who want to transition from back office to front office in a Medical Billing BPO company with the above traits will also be strongly considered for these roles.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology would be preferred.
  • A minimum qualification of A-Levels or equivalent.
  • Exceptional candidates with A-Level qualifications who can demonstrate their study track towards achieving a bachelor's degree or candidates having a bachelor's degree or above would be preferred.
  • A minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Exceptions can be made for a waiver of experience by a few months to a maximum of 1 year based on the candidate's profile.
