Software Quality Assurance Engineer (SQA Engineer)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manual testing along with a good understanding of test automation. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, functionality, and performance of our web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing. Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using bug-tracking tools. Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications. Develop and maintain automated test scripts for repetitive and regression testing. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to identify and resolve issues. Conduct API testing and validate backend functionality when required. Verify application functionality across different browsers, devices, and platforms. Participate in requirements analysis and provide feedback from a QA perspective. Perform smoke and sanity testing before releases. Maintain detailed documentation of test results, defects, and testing activities. Contribute to improving QA processes, testing methodologies, and automation practices. Ensure software releases meet defined quality standards before deployment. Requirements 2–3 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance/Software Testing. Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and QA processes . Good knowledge of test case design, bug reporting, and defect life cycle . Hands-on experience with functional, regression, integration, and system testing . Basic to intermediate knowledge of test automation and automation frameworks. Familiarity with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar is a plus. Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman is preferred. Basic understanding of SQL/database testing . Familiarity with Git/version control systems . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative development environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience testing both web and mobile applications . Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments . Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into development workflows. Experience with performance or security testing is a plus. Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
