All4U is looking for experienced Full Stack Developers to join a fully remote, client-facing team supporting US-based clients. In this role, you will play a key part in developing production-grade web applications by engaging in technical interviews, project discussions, solution design, and client meetings. The position offers a competitive monthly compensation of 2,200 USDC, with the opportunity to earn up to a 10% performance bonus. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy working in dynamic environments and collaborating directly with clients to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications. Build scalable backend services, including REST and GraphQL APIs, alongside modern frontend applications. Work with both relational and NoSQL databases to ensure efficient data management. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested production code that meets quality standards. Collaborate effectively with distributed teams and adapt to the needs of multiple client projects. Communicate technical solutions, project progress, and architectural decisions clearly during meetings and interviews with US clients.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of three years of professional experience in Full Stack development is essential. Proficiency in one or more backend technologies such as C#/.NET (ASP.NET Core), Java (Spring Boot), or Ruby on Rails is required. Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, Blazor, or Hotwire is necessary. Strong knowledge of REST and GraphQL API design and implementation is expected. Candidates should have experience working with databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis. Familiarity with version control systems (Git), containerization tools (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is important. Understanding of Microservices architecture, authentication protocols (OAuth2/JWT), testing methodologies, and performance optimization techniques is also required. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are critical, with the ability to confidently engage US clients in live meetings and technical interviews. The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Cyber Security, Computer Applications, or a related technical field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration is a plus. Familiarity with messaging and event-driven technologies such as SignalR, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Sidekiq is advantageous. Knowledge of ORM frameworks like Entity Framework Core or Hibernate/JPA is beneficial. Previous client-facing, consulting, or staffing experience is highly valued. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility in work location while maintaining direct engagement with US clients.
