- Assist Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Provide outstanding customer service, address guest inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Supervise and support team members, ensuring adherence to store policies and a positive work environment.
- Train and onboard new staff, and provide ongoing training to current employees.
- Monitor and maintain product quality and presentation standards.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Help develop and execute promotions and marketing efforts to attract and retain customers.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling, payroll support, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations
