Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via live chat.
- Engage with potential customers and drive sales by effectively presenting our services.
- Meet and exceed daily sales targets to earn bonuses and appreciation money.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve performance.
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to persuade and convert leads.
- Experience in a customer support or sales role is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to handle pressure.
- Must have access to a computer and reliable internet connection.
