Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies, acting as the primary point of contact for all service-related inquiries and needs.

  • Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service to client organizations, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver HR services including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.

  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their business needs, provide updates on services, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Manage employee queries and grievances for client companies, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.

  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations in Pakistan to ensure compliance and provide guidance to clients on HR matters.

  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices for client organizations.

  • Prepare reports and analytics related to client HR activities and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in customer service management and human resources.

  • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws in Pakistan.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
