Social Media Manager

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to join our team on-site in either Islamabad or Lahore. This role operates during the morning shift and focuses on developing and executing social media strategies that align with the brand’s goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning social media calendars, creating engaging content tailored to various platforms, managing online communities, and staying updated on the latest industry trends. Additionally, the role involves monitoring social media performance metrics and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive social media calendars to ensure timely and relevant content posting.
- Create platform-specific content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
- Manage and nurture online communities by responding to comments, messages, and interactions promptly.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Track and analyze social media performance using relevant tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across all social media platforms.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their unique content requirements.
- Proven ability to create engaging content and manage online communities effectively.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and generate reports.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
