Snow Dream Studios is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our team onsite in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for storytelling through video and animation, leveraging modern AI-powered creative tools. This full-time role operates from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and demands proficiency in video editing, motion graphics design, and a strong understanding of composition and color theory. The candidate will collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to produce engaging content for diverse platforms including social media, podcasts, and client projects.
The successful applicant holds a Bachelors Degree and at least two years of relevant experience. They are adept at using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and other video editing software, along with experience in color grading, audio editing, and animation principles. Although this position does not involve managing a team, the candidate will be expected to manage projects independently and keep pace with evolving industry trends and AI-enhanced video content generation.
Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw video footage into refined, engaging videos tailored for social media, marketing campaigns, podcasts, reels, and client projects.
- Design and integrate compelling motion graphics, animations, transitions, intros, and visual effects to enhance narrative storytelling.
- Produce short-form videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ensuring content is dynamic and creative.
- Perform post-production processes including color correction, color grading, speed ramping, and audio enhancements to polish final video output.
- Utilize AI-driven creative tools such as VEO 3, Kling, ChatGPT, and similar platforms to streamline editing workflows and elevate content quality.
- Craft precise and effective prompts to generate AI-based video content, contributing to innovative project outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with creative directors, marketing teams, and clients to understand project goals and deliver timely, high-quality content.
- Stay current on emerging trends in video editing, motion graphics, social media, and AI technologies to continuously enhance creative capabilities.
- Maintain organized project files and timelines, ensuring efficient management of multiple projects concurrently.
- Enhance videos with sound editing and mixing to synchronize audio-visual elements cohesively.
- Experiment with new video formats, editing styles, and visual effects to push creative boundaries and maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and technical expertise to support overall project innovation.
