Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a creative team to conceptualize and execute visually stunning designs. · UX/UI designs i.e enhancing user experience and interface design for digital products.
Develop and maintain the artistic direction of projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, UX/UI, and content creators. · Oversee the production of high-quality visuals for various mediums, including digital, print, and multimedia.

Qualifications

4-5 years of experience in design, with a portfolio showcasing strong graphic design skills and a clear understanding of design fundamentals
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and Adobe premiere pro and After effects
Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage and mentor a team of designers · Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders · Experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and tight deadlines · Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
