Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Set clear sales objectives and provide coaching for goal achievement.
Foster a positive team environment to maximize productivity.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share.
Analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries professionally.

Sales Performance Monitoring:

Track sales metrics to ensure targets are met.
Prepare reports highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with industry regulations in all transactions.
Oversee accurate execution of sales contracts and agreements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of proven sales experience in Architecture, Interior design, or Furniture industry.
Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
In-depth knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Compensation:

Salary Range: 40,000 PKR to 75,000 PKR (Base + Incentives)
