We are currently seeking an experienced Bidding Specialist with a minimum of 3 year of relevant experience on Upwork/Freelancer platforms. As a Bidding Specialist, your main responsibility will be to actively bid on projects, engage with clients, and secure new business opportunities for our organization. Success in this role will involve analyzing project requirements, crafting compelling proposals, and building strong client relationships to drive our organization's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze project requirements and create customized proposals showcasing our organization's capabilities and services.
- Actively bid on relevant projects and platforms to maintain a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Engage with clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Collaborate with our team to develop strategies for successful project acquisition and revenue generation.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business prospects.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and negotiate project terms.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities to win projects and achieve sales targets.
- Proven experience and success in bidding on projects and securing business on Upwork/Freelancer platforms.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the bidding process, project pricing, and contract negotiation.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and techniques for online bidding.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
