About this role:
We are looking for a “Solar Project Engineer” who will be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct sites surveys (residential & C&I).
- Coordinate with private and government organizations for site surveys.
- Participate in client meetings/pre-bid meetings for techno-commercial negotiations.
- Must have sufficient expertise in the documentation.
- Assist operations in day-to-day activities.
- Coordinate with project team to ensure accurate execution as and when required.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the relevant field.
- Registered with PEC
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to motivate and lead the team.
- Strong coordination and influencing skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
- Advance knowledge of Solar PV systems and capable of using site surveying equipment
