The Accountant will be responsible for accurately recording and managing all financial transactions. This role will involve utilizing a software to input and track financial data, generate reports, and reconcile accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Inputting and tracking all financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and payments, into the accounting software.
- Reconciling bank accounts on a regular basis.
- Preparing and analyzing weekly financial reports for management.
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
- Providing support to management on financial matters.
Qualifications
- Will value proven experience with any accounting software over formal education in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
