Role Overview:

  • This vacancy of Office Coordinator is open for females only.
  • As a Receptionist/Office Coordinator candidate would have to liaise with internal departments, answering or transferring calls.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Copying, scanning, and faxing documents (if required), as well as taking notes.
  • Managing company’s daily operations such as maintaining office equipment, overseeing administrative staff, and coordinating office events.
  • Manage office supplies, and handle basic financial duties.
  • The candidate should possess strong organizational skills as well as leadership abilities.
  • He/She should also be able to handle administrative tasks, such as record keeping, data entry, and filing.
  • Moreover, he/she should have experience managing office budgets and coordinating events and have knowledge of basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office
  • Be acquainted PowerPoint, Google Sheets.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Result-driven, proactive & self-driven.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Self-motivated & able to work independently

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business administration or relevant field.

Pay: Rs 40,000.00 - Rs 55,000.00 per month
