Job Responsibilities:

  • Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients, providing information about luxury real estate properties, answering inquiries, and assisting with the buying/renting process.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Contact leads, qualify them based on their requirements and pass them to the relevant sales agents.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain professional communication with high-net-worth clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout their inquiry journey.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, assisting with their questions, concerns, and requests related to property details, prices, availability, and booking process.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain customer information and activity in our CRM system to ensure accurate records and follow-ups.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that leads and inquiries are promptly addressed and converted.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about current property listings, market trends, and new developments in the real estate sector to provide informed guidance to clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a call center environment (preferably in real estate or sales). Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are a must. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales processes and an ability to engage clients in a persuasive and friendly manner.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries, objections, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word), and other communication tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to accurately record client information and follow-up actions.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Professionalism: A high level of professionalism and discretion when interacting with high-net-worth international clients.
