Taxi Dispatcher

As a Taxi Dispatcher, your main role is to make sure our taxi service runs smoothly and passengers have a great experience. You'll handle bookings, talk to customers, and work with drivers to ensure everyone gets where they need to go.

Responsibilities:

Taking Bookings:
- Receive and process customer requests for taxis.
- Assign available taxis to customers and let drivers know where to pick them up.
Helping Customers:
- Answer questions about fares, routes, and bookings.
- Deal with any problems or feedback from customers.
Coordinating Drivers:
- Make sure drivers are scheduled properly.
- Keep in touch with drivers to give them information about customers.
Handling Payments:
- Calculate and collect fares from customers.
- Keep records of payments and give receipts.
Following Rules:
- Make sure our taxi service follows all the rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of local areas and streets.
Comfortable using computers and GPS systems.
Can stay calm under pressure.
Likes helping people and making their journeys smooth.
