Sales Executive

As a sales agent for our trucking dispatcher/freight loader business, your main responsibility is to generate new leads and close sales to increase our customer base. You will work closely with the dispatchers and loaders to ensure account acquistion, satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with the dispatchers and loaders for prospecting potential clients, identifying their needs, offering solutions, and negotiating contracts.

Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with cultural sensitivity

Preffered

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
Knowledge of trucking dispatch and freight loading operations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Working Conditions

This position requires coordinating with different departments in order to accommodate customer schedules. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on meeting sales goals and delivering excellent customer service without exeption.
