Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation: Develop compelling graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, websites, and promotional materials.
Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent visual style aligned with the company’s brand guidelines across all marketing and promotional assets.
Collaborate with Teams: Work with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and design visuals for various campaigns.
Social Media Content: Design and update creative assets for social media, including posts, banners, and advertisements.
Print Materials: Prepare layouts for brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and other printed materials.
Website Design: Assist in designing and updating web graphics and banners.
Video & Animation: Create simple animations or collaborate with video editors for marketing campaigns (optional but beneficial).
Image Editing: Edit photos for use in marketing materials, ensuring high quality and appropriate resolution.
Feedback Management: Incorporate changes recommended by stakeholders into final designs.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends in graphic design, techniques, and software tools.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in a corporate or agency setting).
Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
Creativity: Strong artistic skills and creative thinking.
Communication Skills: Ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively to the team.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in design output.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
