We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. As a CSR, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that each interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, orders, or technical issues via inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Effectively handle customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a satisfactory manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to answer customer questions and provide detailed explanations.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Strive to create positive customer experiences by addressing needs promptly and offering personalized solutions.
  • Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately input customer information, interactions, and feedback into the call center software or CRM system, ensuring all records are up to date.
  • Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify sales opportunities and make product recommendations to customers, contributing to company growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including customer satisfaction, call resolution, and response time.
  • Quality Standards: Maintain high levels of service quality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. A Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, call center environment, or similar field is preferred, but not mandatory.
