Business Development Manager

SK Associates is looking for Business Development Manager to join our team and lead both business growth and project execution across our interior, renovation, construction, and MEP works.

This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage client relationships, generate new business opportunities, prepare proposals, coordinate with internal teams and vendors and ensure projects move smoothly from award to completion.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
- Meet clients, understand project requirements and present company services
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project-related follow-ups
- Coordinate with design, site, procurement, and execution teams
- Manage project timelines, client communication and reporting
- Support commercial discussions, budgeting, and project handover
- Build long-term relationships with clients, consultants and partners
Requirements
- Experience in sales and project coordination/management
- Background in interior works, construction, fit-out, civil, or MEP projects (Preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Good understanding of project execution workflows
