Site Supervisor

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Site Supervisor for the OPAL EGGS construction project located in Sharqpur Sharif, Pakistan. The successful candidate will oversee all construction activities, ensuring that work progresses efficiently, meets quality standards, and adheres to safety regulations. This role involves close coordination with laborers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth operations on-site.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise labor teams and contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of construction tasks.
- Monitor daily progress and maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project.
- Inspect incoming materials to verify compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.
- Control and manage inventory to prevent shortages or excesses of construction materials.
- Verify quantities of materials used and work completed against project plans and records.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply issues.
- Review construction drawings and specifications to guide on-site activities and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and documentation for project management and stakeholders.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering or an equivalent civil engineering diploma.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in construction or site supervision roles.
- Proven ability to manage construction teams and coordinate multiple aspects of site operations effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience in poultry farm construction is highly advantageous and will be considered a strong asset.
- Competitive salary range between PKR 45,000 and PKR 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
