1. Develop and implement sales strategies.
2. Prepare operational and financial sales department reports.
3. Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team.
4. Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.
5. Responsible for formulating the annual local and overseas marketing strategy, Marketing plan and brand promotion plan and organizing their implementation
6. Establish an Local and overseas sales network, formulate sales strategies and plans based on market conditions, and organize implementation to achieve sales goals.
7. Responsible for developing overseas marketing plans and goals and developing overall business operation strategies
8. Improve the complete sales system and processes based on the existing sales system
9. Maintain existing customer relationships, establish new customer connections, and explore new markets.
10. Responsible for Achieving the Sales targets set by Higher Management.
Experience Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree , Deeply understand the Solar industry, be familiar with market conditions, and have unique insights and marketing plans
2. 10+ years of sales experience in photovoltaic industry or solar product application industry. At least 5 years' of sales leadership experience.
3. Strong knowledge of solar PV technologies, Equipments, components, and system integration.
4. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
