1.Proficient in Installation and Operation of Manufacturing Machinery
2. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support with respect to Installation of Machinery, manufacturing, testing, machine performance and product operation in field testing.
3.Plan and manage projects to ensure all mechanical engineering work is accurate, on schedule and at or below cost
4.Provide design engineering for solar-related equipment and products
5.Maintaining the reliability and security of machines
Experience Requirement
1. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, renewable energy, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience with a minimum of 2-3 years in the solar energy industry.
3. Proficiency in solar design software such as PVsyst, HelioScope, or equivalent.
4. Strong knowledge of solar PV technologies, Equipments, components, and system integration.
5. Strong Skills of Fault Detection, Operations Analysis, Precision, Mathematics, Advanced computer skills, Programming profienciency, Quality control analysis, Complex problem-solving Creative thinking, AutoCad, Planning Software.
6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
7.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
