Job Description
1. Direct and Coordinate product development tests and assembly activities; Design, implement, maintain and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, and components for PV systems
2. Responsible for designing and optimizing solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, ensuring they are efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly.
3. Develop detailed solar PV system designs, including layout, electrical schematics, and component specifications, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
4. Conduct energy yield assessments and performance simulations to determine the expected output of solar PV systems under various conditions.
5. Perform shading analysis to assess potential obstructions and their impact on system performance, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
6. Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for solar projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
7. Stay updated on emerging solar technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and continuous improvements in system design.
Experience Requirement
1. Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in solar PV system design, with a minimum of 2-3 years in the solar energy industry.
3. Proficiency in solar design software such as PVsyst, HelioScope, or equivalent.
4. Strong knowledge of solar PV technologies, components, and system integration.
5. Familiarity with local and national electrical codes and regulations related to solar installations.
6. Strong Skills of Fault Detection, Operations Analysis, Precision, Mathematics, Advanced computer skills, Programming profienciency, Quality control analysis, Complex problem-solving Creative thinking, AutoCad, Planning Software.
7. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
