Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and helping them achieve success with our products/services.
  • Actively engage with customers to gather feedback, identify areas of improvement, and communicate client needs to internal teams.
  • Educate and onboard new clients, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to use our products/services effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor customer accounts, track key metrics, and proactively address potential issues before they become problems.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer journey and exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple clients, and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
