Under the guidance, advice and support of the Project Manager, the Reporting & Documentation officer will be responsible for:
1. Lead monitoring of all the planned activities by following all the reporting rules, policies and procedures.
2. Will be responsible for Multan and Bahawalpur Districts, requiring extensive travel and coordination with teams to fulfill reporting requirements.
3. These responsibilities encompass the submission of activity reports, milestone reports, weekly reports, the final report, and other tasks assigned by the Project Team.
4. Will be responsible for reporting to prime applicant, providing internal reports as needed
5. Develop and publish content on social media platforms
6. Document successes and achievements of project in the form of case studies and success stories
7. Develop press releases for submission to different media channels
8. Coordinate with any consultants hired to document project activities; videographer, photographer etc
9. Ensure high form of integrity while reporting to ensure no plagiarism or unethical reporting is taking place.
