- Under the guidance, advice and support of the Program Manager and Chief Executive will be responsible for the following:
- Project Manager will serve as a focal person to carry out project activities, achieve desired project milestones, and report to CEO
- Lead the project planning, and implementation of activities and action plans.
- The Project Manager will also be responsible for developing a mobilization strategy, facilitating capacity building sessions, guiding stakeholders, and assisting with administrative and logistical matters
- Will be responsible for organizing meetings, collecting project data, assisting with reporting requirements, and contributing to knowledge management initiatives.
- Liaise with local authorities, district Administration and key stakeholders to ensure that all the activities are implemented in line with approved project design.
- Creating long and short-term project work plans including setting targets for milestones and adhering to project deadlines.
- Supervising and delegating task to team of project staff for the successful implementation of the project goals and objectives.
- Preparation and management of project documentation, record keeping and communication.
- Work with multi-functional team and develop, recommend and implement programs, based on portfolio of projects backed by both internal and external funding sources.
