As a Venture Associate, you will conduct thorough market research and business analysis to assess the viability of potential ventures. You will develop strategies to build and expand these ventures, leveraging your knowledge of financial markets and business development principles. This role demands strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to formulate data-driven recommendations. The successful candidate must communicate insights effectively to support investment decisions and contribute to the companys strategic objectives.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging business opportunities and trends relevant to new and existing ventures.
Evaluate potential ventures by analyzing financial data, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain financial models and spreadsheets that support investment appraisals and business growth strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to gather information and support venture development initiatives.
Prepare clear and persuasive presentations and reports that summarize findings, recommendations, and strategic plans for internal and external stakeholders.
Track updates and changes in equity and debt markets to inform investment strategies and risk assessments.
Support the negotiation and execution of business development deals and partnerships that align with company goals.
Assist in scaling ventures by identifying operational improvements and growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to business development activities and market evaluations.
Continuously monitor the performance of ventures and provide feedback to improve operational and financial outcomes.
