We are seeking a driven Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive approach to managing our sales operations and leading our sales team to achieve business targets.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure maximum efficiency and sales target achievement.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans in alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide training and support to sales staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales supervisory role within the beverage industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Having good relations in the market.
