- Meeting set collections and recovery targets
- Keep tracking outstanding debts (Rents).
- Create trust relationships with tenants when possible to avoid future issues.
- Plan course of action to recover owed money.
- Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices.
- Locate and contact debtors.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle customers (Clients) questions or complaints.
- Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients.
- Write through reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data.
- In case of eviction of any shop maintain all the required documents and NOCs from all concerning managers.
