Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping departments to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped on time.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, providing appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure product availability.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed
