We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service Agent to join our team at Shumailas in Lahore. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about communication and sales. You will play a crucial role in our business growth by calling potential leads and booking them with our consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our services using scripts.
- Answering questions about products or the company and handling customer queries.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Directing prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Entering and updating customer information in the database.
- Keeping records of calls and sales and noting useful information.
- Engaging with chats from social media.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in other sales/customer service roles.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: Rs 35,000 per month.
- Commission: Rs 200 per successful conversion. (will make Rs50,000 commission per month)
